eleven months

This post is a little late since Aika is turning a year in like 10 days! But I thought I should update these pictures since I'm trying to do the once a month thing. She's really fun to have around and it's so neat to watch her grow up. I love this age. She is really starting to get her own personality. She loves when we play "I'm gonna get you" and likes to tell me she's done with her food by spitting it back at me. She currently hates all food that is on a spoon, until she tries it. I seriously have to hold her arms down to get her to let me put the first spoonful in her mouth. She usually spits the first one out, thinks about it for a second, and decides she wants another bite. It's a great routine we have. She loves bath time, and screams when I pull her out. I stopped nursing her this month and I have to say that she is much less attached now. She doesn't scream when I leave the room (most the time). She has a few words (mamma, dadda, nigh-nigh).
