Anyway, I hope to still update this blog from time to time as a journal of sorts. I will still post about my cute little kids and all that. It just probably won't be very often. Once a month or so.
Anyway, I figured I have to do my update on Aika's monthly pictures. I'm kicking myself because I can't find one of the months... I found some pictures that I took about the same time that she was 8 months, but not on that special blanket... But she is wearing a pink tutu, so that's almost as good.
Besides this little one getting older and bigger, she has also started crawling around and says "mama" quite a bit. She also waves bye bye and gives really good, slobbery kiss.
Her brother LOVES her. He likes to come up and give her kisses all the time. Their favorite time together all day is when they get to take a bath. I have a little bath tub that I put in the kitchen that they can both fit in. The floor is usually soaked by the time they are done, but they LOVE it.
Archimedes is getting so big too. He turns two pretty soon! He is talking really well now. Some of the things he says are:
"no"
"mine"
(those are his favorites)
"car"
"whatcha doing"
"cheese"
"teeth" (for brushing his teeth)
"train"
He also says his prayers. It is hard to understand what he is saying but they are surprisingly long prayers, with a very loud "AMEN" at the end, followed by some clapping on his part.
I love being a mama to these little guys. I am also VERY excited because tomorrow I am going to Idaho Falls for the week with the kids! Andre has to stay and do some work, but we get to go see Jackson and little Ireal (I think I slaughtered the spelling of that name, but we are super excited to see her)
